Useful guidelines for a smooth stay. By confirming the booking you accept the rules below.

1) Check-in and check-out

  • Check-in: 14:00–17:00.
  • Check-out: by 10:00.
  • At check-in, guests must show a photo ID and a credit card.
  • Please communicate your arrival time in advance.

2) Cancellation and payment

  • Free cancellation up to 5 days before arrival.
  • Direct bookings: immediate payment via a link sent by email.
  • Platform bookings (Booking, Airbnb, VRBO): the platform policies apply.

3) Children, cots and extra beds

  • Children of all ages are welcome.
  • Cot (0–1 years): always available, free of charge.

4) Minimum age

  • No minimum age for guests.
  • Guests under 18 can check in only if accompanied by a parent/legal guardian.

5) Accepted payment methods

  • Cash.
  • Credit cards: American Express, Visa, Mastercard, Maestro.

6) Smoking

  • Smoking is not allowed.

7) Parties and events

  • No parties/events allowed.
  • The property is not available for bachelor/bachelorette parties or similar events.

8) Pets

  • Pets are not allowed.
